Area 4 Sample Clauses

Area 4. The Parties acknowledge that Area 4 is being re-zoned to “M2” by the City contemporaneously with the execution of this MDA. The City acknowledges that the mining of Area 4 is governed and will be governed exclusively by a permit or permits issued by the Utah State Division of Oil, Gas and Mining. Area 4 will be revegetated following the removal of the material in the area pursuant to the applicable provisions of the DOGM permit for Area 4.
