Area Contractors. Employers who have a place of business located in the geographical jurisdiction of the Painters and Allied Trades District Council No. 36, shall be considered Employers within the area covered by this Agreement and hire only Painters and Allied Trades District Council No. 36 members. Said Employers shall hire workmen through the Union in accordance with Article 7 of this Agreement.
