Area of Mutual Interest and Other Agreements. Except for the areas of mutual interest set forth in the joint operating agreements described in Exhibit A, no Oil and Gas Property is subject to (or has related to it) any area of mutual interest agreements. No Oil and Gas Property is subject to (or has related to it) any farm-out or farm-in agreement, volumetric production payment, or other similar agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Date.
