Area of Mutual Interest and Other Agreements. To Seller's knowledge, no Asset is subject to (or has related to it) any area of mutual interest agreements not disclosed in the Contracts or any farm-out or farm-in agreement under which any party thereto is entitled to receive assignments not yet made, or could earn additional assignments after the Effective Time other than the Wells listed on Exhibit B as having an after payout NRI.
