Areas and modalities. 1. The Parties agree that political dialogue shall take place at regular intervals at senior official and political level and cover all aspects of mutual interest at either regional or international level. The issues to be addressed in the political dialogue shall be agreed in advance by the Parties. 2. The political dialogue between the Parties shall serve to clarify the interests and positions of both Parties and seek to establish common ground for bilateral cooperation initiatives or multilateral action in the areas set out in this Agreement and in others that could be added by agreement between the Parties. 3. The Parties will establish dedicated dialogues on areas required, as mutually agreed.
