Common use of Arena Revenue Account Clause in Contracts

Arena Revenue Account. The City will create an “Arena Fund” (and accounts and subaccounts associated therewith) (collectively, “Arena Revenue Account”) into which the City and County will deposit any Arena Tax Revenues plus Base Rent and Additional Rent payments received by the City and County.
