Aritma's responsibility. Aritma is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Products, and for the Products functionality as described by Aritma. Aritma is not responsible for non-functioning of a Product as intended due to circumstances beyond ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s control, such as power outages, line breaks, machine breakdowns, the Customer’s own use, hacking or unauthorised access, the internet, internet service providers or the Customer’s internet connection. Aritma accepts no responsibility for damage or loss that may occur as a result of unauthorized access to the Customer’s User accounts or any other use of the Product not in compliance with this Agreement.
