Arizona Unified Certification Program (AZUCP. is a consortium of government agencies organized to provide reciprocal ACDBE and DBE certification within Arizona pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26. The official ACDBE and DBE database containing eligible ACDBE and DBE firms certified by AZUCP can be accessed at: xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The certification system is called the Arizona Unified Transportation Registration and Certification System (AZ UTRACS).
