Common use of Arrangement, Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Arrangement, Agency Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger such fees at such times and in such amounts as are set forth in the fee letter dated September 25, 2006 to the Company from Bank of America and the Arranger, as it may be amended or replaced from time to time (the “Fee Letter”).
