Common use of ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBITS Clause in Contracts

ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBITS. The exhibitor agrees to arrange his exhibits so as not to obstruct or interfere in any way with the general view or the view of the exhibits of the other exhibitors, or the free passage of spectators. The decision of the Exhibit Committee as to what constitutes such obstruction or interference shall be final.

ARRANGEMENT OF EXHIBITS. The exhibitor Exhibitor agrees to arrange his exhibits their exhibit so as not to obstruct or interfere in any way with the general view or the view of the exhibits of the other exhibitors, or the free passage of spectators. The decision of the Exhibit Committee Management as to what constitutes such obstruction or interference shall be final. This agreement shall bind the parties hereto, their successors, heirs, executors and administrators.
