Common use of Arrangements for Repayment of Advances Clause in Contracts

Arrangements for Repayment of Advances. All payments made by or on behalf of the Borrower and received by the Administrative Agent, whether before or after the exercise of any rights arising under Section 10.2, shall be paid to each Lender in accordance with its entitlement under this Agreement. Payment by the Administrative Agent shall be made promptly following receipt and, in any event, the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay to each Lender at the applicable Lender’s Branch of Account the applicable amount on the same Business Day as the amount is received by the Administrative Agent.
