Article 11 Not to Prevent Events of Default. The failure to make a payment on account of principal of, premium, if any, or interest on the Notes by reason of any provision of this Article 11 shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a Default or an Event of Default under Section 6.01 or in any way limit the rights of the Trustee or any Holder to pursue any other rights or remedies with respect to the Notes.
