Article 122. The Commission shall, in its annual report to the Assembly, include a special chapter on the development of the social situation within the Community. The Assembly may invite the Commission to draw up reports on special problems concerning the social situation.

Article 122. This Agreement is drawn up in duplicate in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese and Czech languages, each of these texts being equally authentic.

Article 122. Within the scope of this Agreement, each Party undertakes to ensure that natural and legal persons of the other Party have access free of discrimination in relation to its own nationals to the competent courts and administrative organs of the Parties to defend their individual rights and their property rights.   • Section 12.2 33 The District shall provide tort liability coverage for all employees subject to this Agreement.

  • Section 15.2 26 Salaries for employees subject to this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, are contained in 27 Schedule A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.

  • Section 14.3 24 The parties recognize that an employee should have the option of declining to participate as a member in 25 the Association, yet contribute financially to the activities of the Association in representing such 26 employee as a member of the collective bargaining unit. Therefore, as an alternative to, and in lieu of the 27 membership requirements of the previous sections of this Article, an employee who declines membership 28 in the Association may pay to the Association each month a service charge as a contribution towards the 29 administration of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed the regular monthly dues.
