Article 122. The Commission shall, in its annual report to the Assembly, include a special chapter on the development of the social situation within the Community. The Assembly may invite the Commission to draw up reports on special problems concerning the social situation.

Article 122. This Agreement is drawn up in duplicate in the Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Portuguese and Czech languages, each of these texts being equally authentic.
Article 122. Within the scope of this Agreement, each Party undertakes to ensure that natural and legal persons of the other Party have access free of discrimination in relation to its own nationals to the competent courts and administrative organs of the Parties to defend their individual rights and their property rights. Article 123 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a Party from taking any measures:
Article 122. After the conclusion of the Concession contract, the Contracting authority will register the Concession contract within the Contracting authority’s register and in the Tender Register of the Ministry of Finance.

Such employee shall then maintain membership in the 21 Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.
