Common use of Article 2 – Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Article 2 – Term of Agreement. The City and the Union agree that the term of the new Collective Agreement shall be for six (6) years, commencing 2014 January 01 and expiring 2019 December 31. It is further agreed that Subsections 50(2) and 50(3) of the Labour Relations Code shall be specifically excluded from and shall not be applicable to the new Collective Agreement.

Article 2 – Term of Agreement. The City District and the Union agree that the term of the new Collective Agreement shall be for six four (64) years, commencing 2014 January 2012 April 01 and expiring 2019 December 2016 March 31. It is further agreed that Subsections 50(2) and 50(3) of the Labour Relations Code shall be specifically excluded from and shall not be applicable to the new Collective Agreement.

Article 2 – Term of Agreement. The City Corporation and the Union agree that the term of the new Collective Agreement shall be for six eight (6) 8) years, commencing 2014 2012 January 01 and expiring 2019 December 31. It is further agreed that Subsections 50(2) and 50(3) of the Labour Relations Code shall be specifically excluded from and shall not be applicable to the new Collective Agreement.

Article 2 – Term of Agreement. The City and the Union agree that the term of the new Collective Agreement shall be for six two (62) years, commencing 2014 2020 January 01 and expiring 2019 2021 December 31, both dates inclusive. It is further agreed that Subsections 50(2(2) and 50(3(3) of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code shall be specifically excluded from and shall not be applicable apply to the new Collective Agreement.
