Upon request by Yahoo but no sooner than three (3) months after the Launch Date, Zillow will share with YRI access to its database of article content related to the home buying and selling process. YRE will provide at least one (1) link back to the Zillow Site from this content, free from “no follow” tags. Zillow will provide to YRI and Yahoo all URLs, URL formats (as applicable), content, and other materials necessary for YRI and Yahoo to provide this link to the Zillow Site.
