Article I, Section 1 Sample Clauses
Article I, Section 1. 1 (lviii) of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Article I, Section 1.1 (lviii) in its entirety and substituting therefor a new Article I, Section 1.1 (lviii) to read as follows:
Article I, Section 1. 03(a) is hereby amended and restated by deleting the section in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
Article I, Section 1. 6(a) of the Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Article I, Section 1. 03(a) is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of the second sentence and replacing with the following: “(other than with respect to interest paid-in-kind to the Term Lenders pursuant to Section 3.01(a)).”
