ARTICLE J – MISCELLANEOUS Clause Samples

The "Miscellaneous" clause serves as a catch-all section in a contract that addresses various provisions not covered elsewhere in the agreement. It typically includes terms related to governing law, dispute resolution, amendment procedures, notices, and the severability of contract terms. By consolidating these essential but diverse legal points, the clause ensures that the contract is comprehensive and addresses potential procedural or legal issues, thereby reducing ambiguity and supporting the enforceability of the agreement.
