ARTICLE PERSONAL LEAVE. The Chief of Police may grant a leave of absence without pay to a for a legitimate personal reason. Such leave shall be at the sole discretion of the Chief. Where a leave is granted pursuant to this Article all benefits normally accrued under this Agreement will be continued and the cost of those benefits shall be borne by the Member on the following basis:
ARTICLE PERSONAL LEAVE. An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority when such leave is requested for good and sufficient cause. Such request shall be writing and approved by the Employer. Such approval shall not be withheld without just cause.
ARTICLE PERSONAL LEAVE. All regular employees who are actively at work will be eligible for personal leave based on their service with the Company as follows:
ARTICLE PERSONAL LEAVE. The Hospital may grant a leave of absence without pay for legitimate personal reasons provided the employee can be spared having due regard for the proper operation of the Hospital. Application for such leave shall be made in writing to the Hospital as far in advance as possible, but in any event at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of the leave, unless such notice in advance is impossible to give. The application must clearly state the reason for the leave of absence and duration of such absence.
ARTICLE PERSONAL LEAVE. At the sole discretion of Seagull, an Employee may be granted a leave of absence, without pay, for up to one year, with benefits provided for the first three (3) months provided that the cost of such benefits must be repaid by the Employee if she fails to return to work following the leave of absence. An Employee seeking a leave of absence for personal reasons shall request the leave in writing as much in advance of the date of the commencement of the requested leave as is possible in the circumstances. On the expiration of the leave, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall permit the Employee to resume work in the same classification and shift she held immediately before the leave began or, when that classification or shift has been eliminated, in a comparable classification and shift.
ARTICLE PERSONAL LEAVE. Upon completion of one (1)year service, employees shall be to (1) one days leavewith pay, for any personal reasons. The employee shall the Company in advance.

Where notice for i s less than days prior t o the day leave i s requested, such leave shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Superitendent. Such leave shall be subject t o substitute cost deduction, substitute cost being the applicable rate in Article in accordance with the classification o f the teacher taking personal leave. Teachers shall not be granted personal leave on any inservice day, parent- teacher day, administration day, and pupil evaluation day set aside by the Division or school for pupil evaluation i n which the teacher i s involved, nor shall personal leave be granted to extend Spring, Summer or Christmas breaks.
