The Committee shall be comprised of an equal number, but not more than six representatives of each party and shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. The committee shall meet once every three (3) months, unless agreed otherwise. A notice of meeting shall be in writing at fourteen (14) days prior to the agreed upon date and accompanied by an agenda of items to be discussed. Minutes of the Labour/ Management Committee shall be recorded and posted within fifteen (1 5) days following their approval.

ARTICLE REPRESENTATION. The Employer will recognize a Grievance composed of not more than four (4) employees selected by the Union to be known as provided that no more than four (4) members of the Grievance Committee, including the Chief Xxxxxxx, shall be present at any meeting with the Employer. In order to provide proper representation for employees, the Union will appoint a temporary Xxxxxxx to act in the place of any Xxxxxxx who is absent from work for a period of more than seven days. ARTICLE REPRESENTATION. The Company shall provide the Union with a list of managers who will deal with the Union's Labour Relations Committee.
