Headings and Article, Section and Exhibit References The Article and Section headings are for reference and convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, Article or Section references are to Articles or Sections of the document in which the reference is contained. References to numbered Articles or Sections of this Agreement also refer to and include all subsections of the referenced Article or Section. References to Appendices, Exhibits or Schedules of this Agreement also refer to and include all attachments of the referenced Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule.
Definitions and Exhibits Terms defined above or in the text of this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings set forth herein. Other capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Definitions Addendum, which is attached and incorporated herein. All exhibits to this Loan Agreement are also incorporated herein.
Section References and Schedules Any reference to a particular “Article”, “section”, “paragraph”, “clause” or other subdivision is to the particular Article, section, clause or other subdivision of this Agreement and any reference to a Schedule by letter will mean the appropriate Schedule attached to this Agreement and by such reference the appropriate Schedule is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement.
Article and Section References All article and section references used in this Agreement, unless otherwise provided, are to articles and sections in this Agreement.
