Article Seven Other Terms. During the term of this agreement, if the contact information of both parties is changed or otherwise unavailable, both parties shall promptly notify the other party in writing or by email. Both parties have the right to inform the other party to terminate the contract 7 days in advance according to their business needs. In case of termination due to legal reasons or agreed reasons, both parties shall properly handle the aftermath, and Party A shall pay Party B the fees that have not been settled as agreed herein. If either party is liable for breach of contract before the termination of contract, the breaching party shall still be liable for breach of contract after the termination of contract.
