Article Thirteen Not to Prevent Events of Default. The failure to make a payment on account of principal of, premium (if any) or interest on the Securities by reason of any provision of this Article Thirteen shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a Default or an Event of Default under Section 501 or in any way prevent the Holders of the Securities from exercising any right hereunder other than the right to receive payment on the Securities.
