Article X Not to Prevent Events of Default. The failure to make a payment on account of principal of or premium (if any) or interest on the Securities of any series by reason of any provision of this Article X shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of a Default or an Event of Default under Section 6.01 with respect to Securities of such series or in any way prevent the Holders of the Securities of such series from exercising any right hereunder other than the right to receive payment on the Securities of such series.
