Articles Amendments. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of NCRA required by paragraph 8 of the Agreement shall be the amendments contained in the Restated and Amended Articles of Incorporation of National Cooperative Refinery Association attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Articles Amendments.
