Common use of Articles of Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Articles of Arrangement. The Articles of Arrangement shall, with such other matters as are necessary to effect the Arrangement and subject to the provisions of the Plan of Arrangement, consummate the Plan of Arrangement. On the Effective Date, the Articles of Arrangement shall be filed with the Director. The Articles of Arrangement shall be in form satisfactory to the Purchaser and the Company, each acting reasonably.

The Articles of Arrangement shall be in form reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser each of Parent and the Company, each acting reasonably.
