ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AMENDMENTS. 3.1 At the same time as signing this agreement, the parties shall sign the Articles of Association of Jingguan Xincheng (hereafter as "new Articles of Association"). The parties agree that while the new Articles of Association is registered with the Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau, a Board of Directors of Jingguan Xincheng shall be set up according to the new Articles of Association to allow adjustment in the management staff.
