ARTICLES OF CLOTHING/UNIFORM. 12.1. Where the Company provides uniforms and protective clothing the Employees must, whilst on duty, comply with the Company’s clothing and uniform policies. 12.2. The Company will provide the Employees with an initial uniform upon employment with the Company. If an Employee requires a replacement uniform due to wilful neglect by the employee it will be at the Employee’s own expense, but the uniform will still be the property of the Company.
