ARTICLES OF CLOTHING/UNIFORM. 14.1. Where the employer provides uniforms and protective clothing in accordance with the Company’s policies the employee must, whilst on duty, comply with those Company policies, as set out in the Company manuals, in relation to using and wearing the uniforms and protective clothing.
