Articles of Incorporation; Code of Regulations and Assumed Names. Borrowers will not amend, alter, modify or restate their Articles of Incorporation or Code of Regulations in any way which would: (i) change the name or adopt a trade name for Borrowers; or (ii) in any manner adversely affect the rights of Borrowers' obligations or covenants to the Lenders hereunder.
