ARTIST’S SERVICES. 2.1. Without limiting the provisions of clause 1.1, the Artist agrees to:
2.1.1. Pre-Production Period: provide their services on a first priority but non-exclusive basis with respect to read-throughs, tests, wardrobe fittings, makeup tests, rehearsals, auditions, story/production conferences, publicity sessions and/or interviews, stills and publicity photograph sittings, and the like. Alternatively, the Artist’s services under this clause will be exclusive if the Artist is being paid a Weekly Rate or Total Fee;
2.1.2. Principal Photography Period: provide their services on an exclusive basis on the Artist’s Anticipated Shoot Dates and for their actual Working Day and on a first priority but non-exclusive basis on the other dates during the Principal Photography Period. Alternatively, the Artist’s services under this clause will be exclusive throughout the Principal Photography Period if the Artist is being paid a Weekly Rate or Total Fee;
2.1.3. prepare for and perform the Role to the best of the Artist’s ability and skill and to comply willingly with all reasonable directions given by or on behalf of the Producer for the purposes of performing the Role;
2.1.4. attend at such times and places as specified by the Producer to perform the Role and tasks related to performing the Role including but not limited to wardrobe fittings, makeup, calls, publicity sessions and/or interviews, stills and publicity photograph sittings, rehearsals, filming, re-voicing, post syncing and the shooting of material for titles, and the like (the Calls). The Artist will attend Calls punctually and regularly except if prevented by illness or accident or such other reason as accepted by the Producer. If the Artist is unable to attend any Calls due to illness or accident or for any other reason then the Producer must be notified as soon as reasonably practicable of the Artist’s unavailability and the reasons for it and in the case of illness or accident the Artist will if requested provide the Producer with a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner confirming such illness or accident;
ARTIST’S SERVICES. Artist shall render all services customarily rendered by actors in moving image projects and at all times promptly comply with Producer’s reasonable instructions. Photography shall be exclusive and rendered consecutively until the completion thereof. After the completion of principal photography, Artist shall be available for customary post-production services, subject to his then existing prior professional commitments.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. All of the services provided and required to be provided by Artist (and/or Artist’s contractors, assistants and employees) under this Agreement.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. A. The method of installation of the Work shall comply with all structural integrity and safety requirements of the City's Public Works and Engineering Departments.
B. Following the execution of this Agreement by both parties and receipt of the payment 1 described in Section 3(B) of this Agreement, Artist shall proceed with the fabrication of the Work. Artist shall complete the fabrication and installation of the Work within 6 months from the date of receipt of said payment.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. A. City has approved the proposal for the Marquette. The Marquette shall remain the property of the City.
B. The method of installation of the Work shall comply with all structural integrity and safety requirements of the City's Public Works and Engineering Departments.
C. Following the execution of this Agreement by both parties and receipt of the payment 1 described in Section 3(B) of this Agreement, Artist shall proceed with the fabrication of the Work. Artist shall complete the fabrication and installation of the Work within 6 months from the date of receipt of said payment.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. A. City has approved a model of the Work to be installed at the Site as further depicted in Exhibit A with the agreed upon change of the child’s face being on both sides of the Work and incorporated fully herein. 782762v1
B. The method of installation of the Work shall comply with all structural integrity and safety requirements of the City's Public Works, Building, Fire and Engineering Departments. Artist is subject to all required City review, permit and approval for the installation of the Work. The City will provide a site plan. Site information shall also include locations of buried utilities, as furnished by the city and the utility companies, and locations of irrigation lines and other improvements in the vicinity of the work that may need to be protected from damage during the installation of the sculpture. The City will cooperate with Artist with respect to such review, permit and approval processes, including providing information about the site, timely response to approval requests and scheduling as are reasonably required by the Artist. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx will facilitate Artist’s request for information or provide an alternative City representative for such purposes.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. The Artist shall design, create and complete (collectively, the “Services”) the Artwork, which is described in Section 2, on District’s building (or other property) located at the School. In performing the Services, the Artist shall meet, collaborate, and coordinate closely with the District’s designated representatives, and all such Services shall be undertaken in manner and timing acceptable to the District.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. The Artist shall render all services customarily rendered by concept artists in the motion picture industry and shall devote his best talents, efforts and abilities in accordance with the Producer's instructions and directions. It is expressly understood that time is of the essence with respect to the Artist's services and the delivery of materials.
ARTIST’S SERVICES.
(a) The Artist must perform the Services including developing the Developed Design, fabrication of the Works and installation of the Works in accordance with this Agreement including Schedule 3 by the Date for Completion and otherwise in accordance with the Program in Schedule 2.
(b) The Artist must provide at its own cost everything necessary for the manufacture and installation of the Works and for the proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
(c) The Artist must liaise with DBC when required to complete the Works including fabrication and installation in accordance with the scope as identified in Schedule 3, by the Date for Completion.
(d) The Artist must:
(i) inform itself of DBC's stated requirements in respect of the Works and in accordance with the EOI Guideline;
(ii) consult regularly with DBC throughout the performance of the Agreement;
(iii) act professionally at all times and exercise professional skill, care and diligence in completing the Works in accordance with the EOI Guideline and this Agreement; and
(iv) use high quality tools, materials and workmanship to ensure that the Works meets the standards and specifications (if any) specified in Schedule 3.
(e) If the Artist considers the Works may not be completed and installed by the Date for Completion the Artist must immediately give DBC a notice outlining the nature of the delay and the amount of time that the Artist expects the delay to continue for.
(f) If the Artist is delayed in performing the Works by a breach of this Agreement by DBC or an act or omission of DBC which is not required, permitted or contemplated by this Agreement, then provided the delay will affect the Artist’s ability to achieve Completion by the Date for Completion, the Artist will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time, provided the Artist has given DBC written notice of the Artist’s claim within 7 days of the event of delay.
ARTIST’S SERVICES. Artist agrees to provide to Production Company certain services (“Services”) and the creation of creative works (“Works”), as described herein for the Project, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Services and Works shall include, without limitation,
