As-Extracted Collateral and Fixture Filing. This Mortgage shall also constitute an as-extracted collateral filing and a “fixture filing” for the purposes of the UCC against all of the Mortgaged Property which is or is to become fixtures or as-extracted collateral. Information concerning the security interest herein granted may be obtained at the addresses of Debtor (Mortgagor) and Secured Party (Mortgagee) as set forth in the first paragraph of this Mortgage.
