Common use of As-Extracted Collateral; Timber-to-be-Cut Clause in Contracts

As-Extracted Collateral; Timber-to-be-Cut. On the date hereof, such Grantor does not own, or expect to acquire, any property which constitutes, or would constitute, As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut. If at any time after the date of this Agreement such Grantor owns, acquires or obtains rights to any As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut, such Grantor shall concurrently with the delivery of the next Compliance Certificate provided under the Credit Agreement furnish the Collateral Agent with written notice thereof (which notice shall describe in reasonable detail the As-Extracted Collateral and/or Timber-to-be-Cut and the locations thereof) and shall take all actions as may be deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by the Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest of the Collateral Agent therein.

As-Extracted Collateral; Timber-to-be-Cut. On As of the date hereof, such Grantor does not ownno Unrestricted Assignor owns, or expect expects to acquire, any property which constitutes, or would constitute, As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut. If at any time after the date of this Agreement such Grantor hereof any Unrestricted Assignor owns, acquires or obtains rights to any As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut, such Grantor Unrestricted Assignor shall concurrently with the delivery of the next Compliance Certificate provided under the Credit Agreement furnish the Collateral Agent with prompt written notice thereof (which notice shall describe in reasonable detail the As-Extracted Collateral and/or Timber-to-be-Cut and the locations thereof) and shall take all actions as may be deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by the Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest of the Collateral Agent therein.

As-Extracted Collateral; Timber-to-be-Cut. On the date hereof, such Grantor does not own, or expect to acquire, any property which constitutes, or would constitute, As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut. If at any time after the date of this Agreement hereof such Grantor owns, acquires or obtains rights to any As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut, such Grantor shall concurrently with promptly upon the delivery of the next Compliance Certificate provided under the Credit Agreement acquisition or obtaining thereof furnish the Control Co-Collateral Agent with written notice thereof (which notice shall describe in reasonable detail the As-Extracted Collateral and/or Timber-to-be-Cut and the locations thereof) and shall take all actions as may be deemed reasonably necessary or deemed desirable by the Control Co-Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest of the Control Co-Collateral Agent therein.
