Common use of As of Execution of License Clause in Contracts

As of Execution of License. As of the date of -------------------------- execution of a Pre-Negotiated License, the provisions of such License regarding protection of the Zid-Related IP included in such License (including filing, prosecuting, and maintaining Zid-Related Patents included in such License) and the costs associated with such activities, shall be governed by the provisions of the particular License.
