As to Proprietary Marks. Subject to the terms and conditions herein ----------------------- contained, Muzak grants to Licensee, and Licensee accepts, a license to use the Proprietary Marks solely in connection with Licensee's provision of the Services as provided in this Agreement. Licensee shall at all times seek to market and sell the Services through use of the Proprietary Marks.
