Common use of As to the Executive Clause in Contracts

As to the Executive. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive and the Executive’s personal or legal representatives, executors, and administrators. If the Executive should die while any amounts payable to the Executive hereunder remain outstanding, unless otherwise provided herein, all such amounts shall be paid in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to the Executive’s Beneficiary, determined in accordance with Section 7.1. This Agreement shall not be assigned by the Executive, and any purported assignment of this Agreement by the Executive shall be void.
