The ASC Commencement Date clause defines the specific date on which the obligations and rights under an Agreement for Supply of Commodities (ASC) officially begin. This clause typically specifies either a fixed calendar date or a method for determining the start date, such as upon delivery of goods or completion of certain conditions. ASC Commencement Date. The first day of the month following the date that the Project is eligible for its first Certificate of Occupancy, on which date the Entity shall commence payment of the Annual Service Charge, as more fully set forth herein.
