The Netherlands No Guarantor incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands or any Guarantor which is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands shall have any liability pursuant to this Article VII to the extent that the same would constitute unlawful financial assistance within the meaning of Article 2:98(c) of the Dutch Civil Code.
Name and Principal Office This Trust shall be known as "THE GEORGETOWNE FUNDS" and the Trustees shall conduct the business of the Trust under that name or any other name as they may from time to time determine. The principal office of the Trust shall be located at 0 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, or any other place as determined from time to time by the Trustees and reported to the Secretary of the State of Ohio.
