Common use of Assembly of Credit Security; Receiver Clause in Contracts

Assembly of Credit Security; Receiver. Each of the Obligors shall, upon the Agent's request, assemble the Credit Security and otherwise make it available to the Agent. The Agent may have a receiver appointed for all or any portion of the Obligor's assets or business which constitutes the Credit Security in order to manage, protect, preserve, sell and otherwise dispose of all or any portion of the Credit Security in accordance with the terms of the Credit Documents, to continue the operations of the Obligors and to collect all revenues and profits therefrom to be applied to the payment of the Credit Obligations, including the compensation and expenses of such receiver.
