Common use of ASSENT TO REGISTRATION Clause in Contracts

ASSENT TO REGISTRATION. The Landlord assents to the registration of this Lease as a burden on the Folio mentioned in Part 1 of the First Schedule and consents to the use of the original Land Certificate (if issued) of the said Folio in that respect.

The Landlord hereby assents to the registration by the Tenant of this Lease as a burden on the Folio mentioned property comprised in Part 1 Folio(s) of the First Schedule Register of Freeholders, County of and hereby consents to the use of the original Land Certificate (if issued) of the said Folio in that respectFolio(s) for the purpose of such registration.
