Assess soil quality across the Property. 1). ALT shall collect and analyze a minimum of 6 soil samples from 3 locations on the Property. ALT shall collect one surface soil sample (0-1 foot below ground surface) and one subsurface soil sample (2 foot minimum depth) from each of the following locations:
a). The western side of the building. b). The eastern side of the building.
c). The southern side of the building in proximity of the suspected UST. The subsurface soil sample from this location shall be at the approximate depth of the suspected UST.
2). Unless otherwise specified above, each surface soil sample shall be analyzed for TAL-Metals and SVOCs. Each subsurface sample shall be analyzed for TAL-Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. A minimum of one surface and one subsurface sample from the western side of the building shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Soil quality results shall be compared to the EPA RSL Resident and Industrial Screening Levels and to the applicable Protection of Groundwater SSL.
Assess soil quality across the Property. 1). DT shall collect and analyze a minimum of four (4) soil samples from two (2) locations on the Property. DT shall collect one surface soil sample (0-1 foot below ground surface) and one subsurface soil sample (2 foot minimum depth) from each of the following locations:
a). The eastern portion of the Property. b). The western portion of the Property.
2). Unless otherwise specified above, each surface soil sample shall be analyzed for TAL-Metals (with chromium speciation to analyze for hexavalent chromium) and TCL-SVOCs. Each subsurface sample shall be analyzed for TAL-Metals (with chromium speciation to analyze for hexavalent chromium), TCL-VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. A minimum of one (1) surface and one (1) subsurface sample from a probable impacted area shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Soil quality results shall be compared to the EPA RSL Resident and Industrial Screening Levels and to the applicable Protection of Groundwater SSL.
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.
Assess soil quality across the Property. 1). Xxxxxx Xxxx shall collect and analyze a minimum of eighteen (18) soil samples from nine (9) locations on the Property. Xxxxxx Xxxx shall collect one surface soil sample (0-1 foot below ground surface) and one subsurface soil sample (2 foot minimum depth) from each of the following locations:
a). The northwestern portion of the Property.
b). The western-most room of the building where ASTs were stored. c). Near the pump on the outside of the southern wall.
Assess soil quality across the Property. 1). Scrooge shall collect and analyze a minimum of twenty (20) soil samples from ten (10) locations on the Property. Scrooge shall collect one (1) surface soil sample (0-1 foot below ground surface) and one (1) subsurface soil sample (2-foot minimum depth) from each of the following locations:
a). A presumed background location.
b). Two (2) locations inside Suite No. 1 (former drycleaners) of the shopping center building.
c). Three (3) locations exterior to the rear entrance of the shopping center on the southwest side, near the former drycleaners.

a). The masonry building by the entrance to the Property, targeting an area with soil staining.
