Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. A project-specific Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) must be submitted to the State in accordance with guidance provided by the EGLE project administrator. Monitoring conducted prior to final EGLE approval of the QAPP will not be reimbursed.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. The Contractor shall be responsible for quality assurance and for assuring that the work conforms to the requirements of this Contract and any policies of WMATA’s Office of Quality Assurance, Internal Compliance and Oversight (QICO), if referenced in specifications. The Contractor shall maintain an effective and economical quality control program planned and developed in conjunction with other Contractor functions necessary to satisfy this Contract's requirements. The quality control program shall establish and implement procedures to ensure that only acceptable supplies or services are tendered to WMATA for acceptance and shall demonstrate both recognition of the Contract's quality requirements and an organized approach to satisfying them. The program shall ensure that quality requirements are satisfied throughout all phases of Contract performance, including, as applicable, design development, purchasing, fabrication, processing, assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, delivery, and storage and shall provide for the early detection of actual or potential deficiencies, trends, or conditions that could result in unsatisfactory quality.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. 33.1 The SERVICES shall be performed under quality assurance and quality control conditions and in accordance with VERIPOS’ Quality Management System. VERIPOS’ procedures and process are monitored on a regular basis, VERIPOS being an organisation which is ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Developer shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure conformance to the Agreement with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. Developer shall submit details of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program accompanied by samples of all checklists and documentation with a detailed explanation of the process and frequency of document updates. The Developer shall provide CTO with complete installation details and checklists for each element (foundations, structures, wire and so forth) of the transmission line and substation portions of the project. A complete compilation of all documents (including all required test reports) shall be included in a Turnover Package at the completion of the project to facilitate CTO compliance review and future operation and maintenance of the constructed facilities.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. This effort includes a multi-level approach to ensure all project goals are met, critical/technical issues are addressed, and high-quality products are delivered in a timely fashion. Independent QA/QC will be conducted in offices other than where production work is performed.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. 11 CONTRACTOR shall establish and utilize a comprehensive Quality Control 12 plan in a format approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, to monitor the level of 13 program service and quality. CONTRACTOR shall submit a Quality Control Plan 14 that shall be effective on the contract start date and will be updated and
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. Quality Assurance and Quality Control is a critical component of this Recipient Agreement contract. The various forest management activities in the LBI program, including but not limited to planting, site preparation, fertilization, spacing, forest inventory, and fuel management all require quality control checking. In addition, PwC will conduct audits of work completed. The Proponent should outline a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan that will cover the major activities that will be conducted under their Recipient Agreement. This outline should include monitoring procedures, sampling frequency, reporting, risk management, staff, staff experience, financial budget management, scheduling and other considerations. The Proponent should also identify experience in preparing for and responding to audits of similar nature as completed under the LBI or programs of similar nature. Note: all costs related to preparing for and attending an audit will be borne by the Recipient Agreement holder and as specified in the Cost Guidelines for the LBI. Audits are conducted at the discretion of PwC and Recipient involvement in the process is mandatory.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. ENGINEER will follow internal Quality Management procedures throughout the project related to checking and reviewing procedures. The Preliminary Engineering Report and 30% Drawings will be submitted to the ENGINEER Technical Review Committee (TRC) for review. The review will provide comments and suggestions concerning process viability and implementation, site planning, and project scheduling.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control. The Consultant shall designate appropriate staff to conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reviews of all work products. These reviews shall be performed for all work products prior to their being submitted to the County for review or use. Work effort for QA/QC reviews shall be addressed as part of the work effort for each Pay Item as identified elsewhere herein.
