Assessment of all Property. 2.2.1 Contractor shall measure and list all taxable property (RSA 72:6) within Municipality in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RSA 75:1. 2.2.2 Contractor shall measure and list all tax exempt and non-taxable property (RSA 74:2) within the taxing jurisdiction of Municipality in the same manner as taxable property. 2.2.3 Contractor shall measure, list and verify all sales used to determine benchmarks for the revaluation. 2.2.4 Contractor shall measure and list all new construction brought to their attention by Municipality via building permits, inventories and any other source. 2.2.5 Contractor shall utilize Municipality’s _______________ CAMA System to assess properties.
