Assessment of Compliance and Accountants’ Attestation Clause Samples

The 'Assessment of Compliance and Accountants’ Attestation' clause establishes the requirement for a party to demonstrate that it is meeting specific contractual or regulatory obligations, often through formal review and verification by an independent accountant. In practice, this may involve periodic audits or the submission of attestation reports prepared by certified public accountants, confirming that the party’s operations, records, or financial statements comply with agreed standards. This clause serves to provide assurance to the other party, reduce the risk of non-compliance, and create a clear mechanism for verifying adherence to important requirements.
