Assessment With Other Properties. If, at any time, the Real Property is assessed for tax purposes with other property owned by Landlord, the tax ascribable to the Real Property shall be the allocable portion of the Taxes on the entire properties, based upon an informal apportionment by such assessors of the total assessment to such Real Property or if such apportionment is not available, as shall be determined by Landlord.
