Common use of Assessments in Installments Clause in Contracts

Assessments in Installments. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, FirstWorld shall have the right to apply for conversion of any assessment or Imposition to cause it to be payable in installments. After such conversion, FirstWorld shall pay and discharge only such installments of such assessment or Imposition as shall become due and payable during the Term.
