Common use of Asset Base Certificate Clause in Contracts

Asset Base Certificate. Issuer shall have delivered to the Noteholders a duly completed and executed Asset Base Certificate calculated as of July 19, 2001 (which calculation shall be based on the actual Container statistics as of June 30, 2001, adjusted to reflect one month of depreciation).

Asset Base Certificate. Issuer shall have delivered to the Noteholders a duly completed and executed Asset Base Certificate calculated as of July 1930, 2001 1999 (which calculation shall be based on the actual Container statistics as of June 30, 20011999, adjusted to reflect one month of depreciation).

Asset Base Certificate. Issuer shall have delivered to the Noteholders a duly completed and executed Asset Base Certificate calculated as of July 19September 23, 2001 2003 (which calculation shall be based on the actual Container statistics as of June 30August 31, 20012003, adjusted to reflect one month of depreciation).
