Common use of Asset Base Certificate Clause in Contracts

Asset Base Certificate. Issuer shall have delivered to the Noteholders a duly completed and executed Asset Base Certificate calculated as of July 1, 2005 (which calculation shall be based on the actual Container statistics as of August 1, 2005, adjusted to reflect one month of depreciation).

Asset Base Certificate. Issuer shall have delivered to the Noteholders a duly completed and executed Asset Base Certificate calculated as of July 1September 23, 2005 2003 (which calculation shall be based on the actual Container statistics as of August 131, 20052003, adjusted to reflect one month of depreciation).

Asset Base Certificate. Issuer shall have delivered to the Noteholders a duly completed and executed Asset Base Certificate calculated as of July 130, 2005 1999 (which calculation shall be based on the actual Container statistics as of August 1June 30, 20051999, adjusted to reflect one month of depreciation).

Asset Base Certificate.
