Common use of Asset Dispositions Clause in Contracts

Asset Dispositions. Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, sell, transfer, lease, contribute or otherwise convey, or grant options, warrants or other rights with respect to all or substantially all of its assets. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prohibit any transfer of any assets from any Borrower to any Subsidiary of such Borrower, from any Subsidiary of a Borrower to such Borrower or from a Subsidiary of a Borrower to another Subsidiary of such Borrower.
