Asset Eligibility. A review of a household’s financial resources and circumstances should clearly indicate a limited ability to compete in the conventional housing market in Teton County, Wyoming, in the immediate vicinity of Jackson, Wyoming. No household may have assets of more than those limits set forth in the Guidelines adopted by CLT on an annual basis. The applicant will submit a financial statement for each adult in the household, which shall be signed and notarized by the applicant (or other adult) as complete and accurate.
