Asset Pool Prioritization. If the provisions of Section 8.4(c) require that the Asset Pools be adjusted in accordance with Section 8.4(c)(2) thereof, then the Dividing Partners shall exclude from the Asset Pool containing the systems and assets serving the Houston DMA the systems and assets set forth below, in the order set forth below, until the Asset Pools comply with the requirements of Section 8.4(c). For the avoidance of doubt, the Dividing Partners shall first exclude the assets principally related to serving Liberty, then the assets principally related to serving Columbus/Eagle Lake, and so on, until the Asset Pools comply with the requirements of Section 8.4(c).
