Common use of Asset Representations Review Representative Clause in Contracts

Asset Representations Review Representative. The Asset Representations Reviewer will provide reasonable access to one or more designated representatives to respond to reasonable requests and inquiries made by the Servicer, the Sponsor, the Issuer, the Grantor Trust or the Indenture Trustee during the Asset Representations Reviewer’s completion of an Asset Review and until the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the Notes and (ii) one year after the delivery of the Review Report. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall have no obligation to respond to requests or inquires, and other than as specified in Section 3.13, shall not respond to requests or inquiries, made by any Person not party to this Agreement other than the Indenture Trustee; provided, that if the Asset Representations Reviewer receives any request or inquiry from a Person not a party to this Agreement, then the Asset Representations Reviewer may inform such Person that they may contact the Servicer and/or the Indenture Trustee with respect to such request or inquiry.
